All appointments must allow us to have access to the property. Unless otherwise noted by the customer, we expect the ability to be able to service the booking. Inability to access your property due to the inability to access your property may result in a cancellation fee.
We have arrival estimates of 30 minutes. For example, if your cleaning is scheduled for 3pm, we should have an arrival time between 3 to 3:30pm.
Changes to bookings
Any changes made by request of the customer at the time of cleaning are subject to approval by both the cleaner and customer in writing on a Clean Simple work order. In the case that the cleaner has multiple bookings in a single day, Clean Simple reserves the right to refuse the request. This is to ensure that other confirmed bookings can still be serviced with adequate time.
Any appointment cancelled less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time will be subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
Clean Simple cleaners cannot use ladders or move anything heavier than 30 lbs. If you would like us to clean behind large appliances, such as a oven or refrigerator, or pieces of furniture, such as a couch, please move it prior to the cleaning visit to allow access to the area.
Smoke-free working environment
Providing a smoke-free work environment is something Clean Simple feels is very important. While we completely respect the fact that your home is your castle, we request that you refrain from smoking while your cleaner is working.
Although gratuities are not expected, tipping your cleaner is always welcome. Please let us know if you would like us to include your tips in your credit card charges, and we will gladly pass them along to the cleaner.
Payments are accepted by Credit card only. Clean Simple accepts both Visa and Mastercard.
Since cleaning is a very personalized and subjective service, we cannot offer refunds to clients. However, we want you to be 100% happy with Clean Simple. Please see our 24-hour guarantee if you are dissatisfied with your cleaning. There are no refunds for gift certificate purchases.
Any damage caused during a Clean Simple cleaning must be reported and documented within 2 calendar days (48 hours) after the date of the original appointment. Please be advised that claims reported after 2 calendar days will not be considered.
